Every Individual Has Goals Whether It Be Personal Or Career

Every individual has goals whether it be personal or career goals. Often people would say that the success in their life is the most important goal than any other things. They always pursue such their goal, and to some degree, I have to agree with the reason why people pursue such their goal. However, I think that my most important goal is quite far from such goal which ordinary people pursue. I said that because recently I had to evaluate myself on what I really wanted to accomplish and why? Then I realized that my most important goal is attaining my Master degree. I know am on the right path to carry out my goal on becoming a better teacher and education coordinator. I plan to achieve this goal through academics and work experience. I†¦show more content†¦In the following, I will attempt to touch on all of these issues and also spend some time discussing such topics as educational reform and mainstreaming in the classroom. First, I should focus on what philosophies I will adhere to as an educator. At best, I can describe my philosophy as a combination of the well-established, almost timeless philosophies of idealism and realism. The idealist in me views discipline the same as do other idealists. Handling student misbehavior and misconduct is a personal issue that I will handle with the student privately. Only after several of these attempts fail or the misconduct is so severe will I involve a third party such as parents or administrators. Another similarity I have with the idealist point of view is their passion for teaching. Looking at things from a different point of view, I identify very much with the realist philosophy in terms of the sharing and gaining of knowledge. Essentially, I want to challenge my students as learners and at the same time stress precision and accuracy in my classroom. Before changing gears completely, I would like to focus some attention on some of my personal philosophies and thoughts on education. First, students need nurturing and reinforcement to learn. Answer: Introduction Work health and safety (WHS) act or legislation has been established in Australia in order to maintain health and safety of the workers at workplace. The employees working at some place has some benefits as well as responsibilities for health and safety. Emergency procedures are the plans that must be followed by all employees during some emergency conditions. It is very important that all employees must be aware of the emergency procedures such as evacuation or early warning. The management can advise the employees regarding these procedures via conducting meetings, sending emails, memos, displaying posters, distributing information booklets, etc. Control measures signify the steps or measures that are taken for preventing the occurrence of any accident that can cause health and safety problems. The concept of hierarchy in control measures refers to the process of giving priority to some control measures over others and this concept can vary at different work places. Example: In some workplaces, there might be high risk of technical injuries like suffocation while in some there might be more risk of personal injuries due to equipments. The organizations have to decide which measures they must prioritise over others. There are different factors used by different risk assessment stage; however, the four common factors used by all include identification of hazard, assessment of exposure, and assessment of dose-response and characterization of risk. These are the steps that help in identification of health risk. The hazard assessment and safety audits are necessary in order to ensure that the health and safety of people at their workplace is not under any risk. They allow in identifying potential risks at right time before they impact the health of the people. They also help in assessing whether people are following the procedures necessary for maintenance of health and safety. Safety signs and personal protective equipments (PPE) are used at workplaces in order to reduce the exposure of workers towards hazardous materials. These are particularly important for people working in laboratories and industries where harmful chemicals are used more frequently. Every person has a responsibility towards maintaining the environment as clean as possible.
